 Inspired by the song "Rosa" by Santa Fe Klan. This piece speaks to the isolating feeling of being repetitively neglected and abandoned. Forced to sit alone with new and old chaotic fragments of yourself. The old wounds that resurface from the cycle repeating make you feel as if you are wilting, and the similar wounds that have ruptured make you feel like forever decaying before getting the chance to really love or live. |  As someone who struggles at times with all the intense and often conflicting elements of my identity, I look up to the dragon they're sexy, dangerous, wise and more. they show me how to unapologetically embody all these qualities with a fierce elegance. |  I drew this when i was down bad. It fully encapsulates that feeling of being on the brink of madness and muerte, desperately searching for the growth to be extracted from this bad experience.
